Flexibility : Working for the Candidate's interest even though their profit takes a bit of hit
Being transparent - the CEO,VP , HR , everyone in Braves are very much approachable . They respond promptly and are straight forward - no beating around the bush business.
They are knowledgeable in immigration matters and I had no major issues getting my H1b and 140. Staff is really nice and helpful.
I like the entire experience. I am well treated, and enjoyed my time in Braves !!

commentHere is my honest review about Braves Technologies and the recruiters I worked with during the process.
I have worked with Braves for more than one year and it was the best experience. I was looking for a genuine employer who can transfer my H1B with transparency (without any hidden fees, false promises).
My recruiter worked with me on getting more and more interviews and he made everything clear before each round.
All staff and management are excellent professionals, friendly, approachable & supportive!
They are available both IST and EST timings over multiple channels.
I wish that all companies in the recruitment/staffing industry were as easy and helpful as them.
Braves Immigration department does a wonderful job in following everything by the book so that H1B candidates does not have to worry. There were no issues in H1B transfer process, paychecks or taxes.
After working with Braves for more than one year, I have been offered a full-time position and Braves was totally supportive of that!
Choosing Braves was honestly the best decision I made. It has been a pleasure working with them and would very highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a change.

commentI have worked for Braves technologies for close to 1.5 years and during my tenure here, I never had any problem. I have three words to describe Braves. The company is very process oriented, very professional and very supportive.
Starting from finding jobs when I was in India, Braves was able to find right job opportunities matching my skills and profile.
The immigration work by the immigration team is very accurate, legal and had all the right paper work done with no delays which is driving factor to work in this company. I never felt disappointed with respect to their immigration process.
The support I received after I arrived US is something that I really appreciate. I was able to reach out to the team anytime for any questions/doubts that needs clarifications.
Pay is on time and had no delays any time.
I would like to thank Mak and Adam for their support, Quentin, Raj and Shubhanshu for helping me during my tenure.

commentHi, Stay away from this company. Here is my Story, I am on H1B and Left the Employer and US in October 2017. Braves contacted me and told me that they will look for Clients in the US and I have to attend interviews from India. Once I crack it then they will initiate the H1B expedited transfer process and Once it's done then I can Fly to US. They assured me that everything will be taken care in a legal way. I started interviewing and cracked few interviews but was told I couldnt start the project due to lack of paper work. This happened multiple times and finally I had one more offer and the client was providing all the paperwork. Initially I was told that they will start the H1B transfer process in few days. Later some Account Executive reached out to me and told me that I will have to travel on my Old H1B (which is illegal) and was trying to assure me that nothing wrong will happen. I did research and found out that it is illegal to travel on Ex-Employer's H1B and if caught will be deported to Home country and there will be a ban of min 10 years.
I wasted almost 5 months in this and had to stay awake to attend late night interviews. All my efforts are wasted. I would suggest to stay away from this FRAUD company. I had told them since begining that I dont want to do anything illegally and was assured that evrything is done in a legal way but at the end like any other consultancy they want to do things in a illegal way.

commentI am joining my Client full time - this might be a normal English sentence but things are different in a real-life scenario. I have seen my friends being tied or held up in some or other ways when they wished to join their clients full time. My case was different because of Braves - Mak was very cooperative and helpful, they did not try to brainwash/counsel me in retaining me at Braves. I joined my client as a full timer with a complete support from Braves. This shows that the Company's attitude is fully focused on the candidate/employee's desire/wish. Same applies to project changes - India Vacations and Leaves. Nobody forces you. I went to India last year and stayed there for 4 months due to personal reasons and then came back to US - there was no questions/penalty from the Company management. A MNC won’t allow you do that because they are going to lose a 4-month onsite billing.
It’s hard to find such cooperative employers in today’s time. Mak is such a cooperative adviser cum knowledgeable employer. Braves is a company that honors the Immigration rules and abides by them. No fake/false business done here. One more thing that I like here is "no beating around the bush" business - everything is straight-forwardly expressed. The HR team [ones i have worked with] - Anup, Raj, Quentin, Purva are all good, kind and professional. If you are not happy or don't like the way things are going on, you can always get anything and everything sorted by a phone call. The entire management is reachable 24*7. you can have their phone numbers and call anyone freely.
Finally, and more importantly - Salary/Pay slip is on time which is not the case with most of the Desi consultancies. Green Card process is smooth & clean - I got my Perm/I140 without any RFE.
This is my second review on Braves technologies because before my exit I wanted to share the above with the people looking forward in joining/considering Braves.

commentI have been working with Braves since more than a year. Its been wonderful experience so far. They have been very cooperative and open in terms of dealing with the employee. They can give enough thought in order to handle various immigration related issues. They have the best attorney team to handle any kind of weird immigration issues. This is the best part about the company. My visa was filed twice as once for transfer and another for extension which was done without any RFE.
Next comes the project search which was flawless. Subhunshu have been so helpful with all this search work. Sometime I had to deal with multiple interviews on the same day as that was the intensity of how they market your resume for project search.
Overall I am quite happy with the selection of the Braves.

commentBraves is a great Company backed by Professional Management - Makarand Bhave and Adam Torrence. After Spending a decade in a Top 4 MNC and in-spite of being one of the consistent performer there was always a hard feeling about progression getting delayed, frequent relocation/travel due to management/project demand , one size fits all pay and appraisal system being nothing but a joke.Above all the rules /policies were highly skewed against the employees and we were made to sign bonds like USD 10K ,2 months onsite salary during Onsite Deputation at different point of time to deter us from career progressions.
On the immigration front they make false promises. After spending almost 5 years ,they kept on passing the ball from HR to Vertical to Horizontal to Overseas Department.
At that point of desperation I got few offers and after initial discussion with Mak I had no second thought.Honestly when I joined Braves ,I knew nothing about the company , it was completely based on mutual trust and online reviews.Long story short one year down the lane I am enjoying my job in my preferred location and above all I have a PERM/I-140 approved with 3 yrs of H1 Extension.During this entire process I received 2 RFE for H1 Transfer,1 RFE for I 140,H1 extension request got lost post delivery, 2 RFE for subsequent H1 Extension requests and each and every time Mak was on top of every single process/request/document and Adam ensured the coordination with concerned authorities.
P.S. My previous company has put all PERM applications on hold for indefinite period and most of my peers has already traveled back or on their way

commentWhen I joined Braves about an year ago, I knew no one at the organization. I had spoken to Raj an year before that through an online job portal, and had found him to be genuine in conversation. As I leave this organization, I am happy to say that I have had a fair and successful experience contracting through Braves and wanted to leave this review for anyone looking.
Here are a few points that I highlight to people in my network.
Apart from a professional decorum, they have a very strong marketing process which lines up multiple interviews within the first weeks (I sometimes had 2/3 in a day). Shubhanshu worked closely with me throughout the interview process, and I found him to be very meticulous and organized. Every interview scheduled was informed well in advance with all relevant details and was followed up with a detailed conversation of the various aspects on how it went. Shubhanshu knew my job preferences regarding technologies, billing and location, and was very accurate in landing interviews that fit the criteria. I found this to be a very big plus because I was already working on an active project, and in that situation it is difficult to take every call or answer every voicemail.
Mak guided me on choosing the right project based on his vast experience regarding the various aspects of contracting. Following his advice was a sound decision, both professionally and personally.
When I was having some difficulty with my notice period and the start date, Adam managed and made it work in a way that the new clients waited for me to fulfill the responsibilities of my previous assignment, while letting me join the new organization on a positive note.
As my experience would attest, Braves Technologies is a professional organization that works as a team focussed on employee success. My personal situations have caused me to pursue a full time opportunity, but I would like to thank them again for all the support and guidance they provided while I was with them.

commentI have been working with Braves for two years now. I came from a bigger company, so initially I was worried how the new place will be and immigration paper work etc, might be an issue. The moment I determined to go with Braves, I got 10 client calls in 2 weeks’ time and got confirmation in four of them. I was involved in every discussion (billing rate, joining date etc.)
My initial relocation was smooth, Braves has taken care of everything, starting from H1-B Transfer, Initial stay, and guiding me in each and every step. The management and the team members are very honest, committed, responsive, professional and time bound. Also, Braves has a good attorney team, my Perm and I-140 got approved within one year’s time. I am being hired as a Full-time employee by my Client and Braves supported me in all aspects without any concern. I specifically wanted say Anup, who has arranged 10 interview calls within two week’s time.
In other word I can say "everything will be taken Care of" when you are with Braves. You will never be disappointed when you are with Braves!

Not being sure, I searched through internet for reviews as I hardly knew anyone who can recommend Braves. With short and positive reviews around the web, I have taken a brave step trusting the Braves team with whom I had a lengthy conversations about different aspects of H1B transfer and the opportunities available. It turned out to be an wonderful & cheerful experience working with awesome team who would work all around & take responsibility to clarify the queries and get you placed. The intensity is seen from the Braves team in every aspect as they take priority to see the associates happy. Either it is return of the security deposit or the salary payments, the management is spot on and guides you through all the processes until you feel comfortable.

I feel happy to be with braves and willing to be on a long term.
Things i liked with braves :
1. HR's [Anup Mulay] sincerity.
2. People are very Professional and Knowledgeable.
3. Flexibility : Working for the Candidate's interest even though their profit takes a bit of hit
4. Being transparent - the CEO , HR , whoever it may be ...everyone is very much approachable. They respond promptly and are straight forward - no beating around the bush business.
6. Constant follow ups ...Adam called me every week since i landed in US till i got settled down.
7. Dependent visa stamping and travel assistance with certain limits like having a waiting period of 2 months.
8. Alcatel Mobile phone with a 35$ credit in it
9. 3 star hotel accommodation providence for a week
10. Faster job processing.
I like the entire experience. I am well treated, and enjoying my time here a lot !!

commentI have been working with Braves Technologies for past 6 months and my experience has been fantastic. Very professional environment, transparent policies and committed help the employees at each stage. When I joined my H1B visa was expiring and we had about 20 days to file a new petition and look for a suitable position for me to match my expertise and experience. The HR team and Recruitment team ( Quentin S ) worked very hard to line up several interviews for me. At the same time my LCA was filed and it was approved with in 7 days. Then my H1B extension petition was applied even before my position was confirmed by the client. It was all accomplished in shot space of 15 days. During all this time the management team ( Mak & Adam ) guided me from time to time, helped me and extended all their support I needed. They are very approachable and always available for the employees. Responds to smallest queried without any delays. Its been a very nice experience working with Braves. I would recommend Braves Technoliges to anybody who is looking for a good opportunity.

Professional Management; Very prompt and helpful Staff; Stress free working environment; Competitive pay with no delays; Expertise in immigration activities (not only for me but for my family as well); Transparent policies, etc. are the key attributes of Braves Technologies that earned my trust.
The talent acquisition team (special mention Quentin S.) had put tremendous effort in bringing in multiple clients and scheduled interviews with them, thereby, giving me plenty of client options to choose from. commentI had worked with Braves Full time for 1 year and I would say this is a great place to work for. They also pay competitive salaries as compared to others and has some employee benefits as well.
I also have good relation with even when I left, usually this doesn't happen with most of the consulting companies out there.
In short I would say, good clients, no Visa problems, Time-to-time Paycheck.

commentMy experience working with Braves Technologies and their management has been quite satisfying and equally rewarding. Back in 2008, Braves had offered me a job in US but because of market conditions I could not join them. In 2013, with better opportunities in the US market and considering my past experience on international assignments, they decided to offer me a more senior role on one of the engagements in the US. They seem to have an expertise in handling visa/immigration related paperwork, made better travel arrangements, have transparent policies and sounded flexible dealing with tough circumstances.
Their staff is quite co-operative and open to address concerns of their employees. Recently, I took a full time opportunity with my client and they respected my decision and provided necessary support needed for my transition.

commentFirst of all, I thanks Braves to take care of my immigration and my priorities so carefully. I have worked with many big Tier 1 companies as full-time and had heard a lot of negative feedback for all consulting companies. I never wanted to join a consulting company but life had it, so I had to join Braves. When I joined, I may not last long and will go back to fulltime at first occurrence of any malpractice or discrepancy, its been almost two years and I have not even a single reason in dreams to leave Braves.
Unlike most of other consulting companies who would stake your interest to gain for themselves, Braves always think about their employees first and respect their priorities.
Braves is super transparent when it comes to money part. They really don't hide a single penny; also, they try to save money for employees weather it is medical insurance or any other stuff, but all legal. They don't promote any illegal or compromised means to earn or save money.
One think i love about braves is their friendliness in management and the respect they give you. Every single question/doubt/concern is addressed to closure and satisfaction. So far, Braves have been my longest employer and hope to stay with them for long period...

I was so happy to get my first project and as I was new to US, Braves helped me to find the initial accomodation. I am so glad that I came to US with Braves, they have good standards and policies. commentWhen i got an offer from Braves, i referred to this site and had mixed reviews. I took the positives and went ahead. Since my first interaction with their offshore unit in India and till date it has just being a very good experience. There immigrations knowledge is vast and they give a transparent opinion on every situation. They have good solutions for candidates who have notice periods.They have good amount of direct client and tier 1 vendors. I would recommend Braves for all who want to work onsite in the US.
Mostly people don't write when things go good which is not correct.

I would surprised to hear that the will give me all the support to join fulltime with the end client. Never heard of this. Had no issues while stamping also back in INDIA.

I got my 485 approved last week and i am haapy share my experience. Joing working Braves in 2007 a coputer porgrammer and worked on different project. They offer to file for my GC as they had the requirement. I had no problems in the whole process which took 5 + years. I am now working a Fulltime employee but on a Immigrant status with Braves Technologies.

I have completed working 6 months with Braves Technologies and now joining Broadcom as a fulltime. As promised Braves Technologies filed my H1 while i was in India and put me on the project from Day 1. We had agreed on terms that i can work fulltime if my existing client wants me to join fulltime, after 6 months. They Filed for my H1, bought the air ticket, gave me initial 1 week of accommodation. I was paid as per agreed terms and now i am happy that i am going Broadcom as a fulltime employee as per my dreams.
I would say Braves kept up to their promises and where always transparent of the process and explained me of any possible difficulties that can or may arise. The reason I want to share this is because mostly people forget to write good about a company and everyone know that bad only sells.

commentThis company charges the initial Visa sponsorship money as refundable security on the name of some bogus company in India and if your visa gets rejected , they will never give you back the security refund.
They don't have any jobs/ ready clients and are only fooling people and looting there hard earned money.

flag Sohel - 8/24/2012 - Well my experience is different. They have always being transperent through out the process. I have had tough time in immigration, fristly with an RFE which was handeled properly and secondly with a H4 stamping issue which was also handled with proper documentation.
I am not sure what when wrong with this poster, but i thought of sharing my views on Braves and the people who work there.
