The offshore-onsite model and leverage is amazing in this company and is much better leader than market leaders like Infosys(as I worked there also). HR is very polished and hear concerns, problem is approval cycle and non decision making by top management + red tapisim hurts employees for salary increases and green cards. Recommended for people who are in middle aged or youngsters who want to learn people management, or grow faster in middle management + want to get full cycle exposure in off-shoring in US. Any r2i guys (prior to return to india) would strongly consider to work these companies for 3 months atleast to get exposure of the offhsore culture b4 leaving US else landing and working in offhsore company will be cultural shock. Also the exposure received is worth to handle diverse office situations in India

Their lack in management....No joining of 2011till now passout who all were selected in 2010. No communication from Birlasoft to students. No email no calls they attend just ignore their own recruited employee.
