Over the few years that I got stuck with this company, I must say my experience has been bitter and dissatisfied. I left the company the first chance I got.

Cons:
1)US operations are run by a management of inefficient people.
2)Lack of recognizing talent. No appreciation by any means to employee's.
3)Managers are very unprofessional. Practically threatening you, even if you are briefly in bench.
4)Personal growth is almost next to none.
5)No spending on employees. What ever they say they are in the orientation is not what they are (You will know it just after few months of joining)
6)Pay is far below any other company with no possibility of appraisals.
7) No direct clients (they say they have, but believe me they don't). All they do is third party consulting (Many layers in between)

Don't sign up if you have a choice.
