Me and couple friends of mine have been with this company since last 3 yrs, we never had any payment issues, matter of fact no one will, if think right why does a company with appx 300-400 consultant, will hold one person's payment,

I have joined this company 6 months ago and the way they treat their consultants is unarguably the best that I have known(I have been to ither places before this). Talking about training, even I was trained by Joseph. He is the trainer who thinks like a student while explaining a topic and makes you understand the very basic stuff we get confused off. I came with an electrical background, having no idea about what java is and I am working now with lots of confidence. I think that summarises the way Joseph thought us . You can not completely depend upon a trainer to teach you every thing, hard work is what they expect so, can't blame a trainer for that. You should also know he is a working employee and can not spend all the time with you. It's a consultancy not a coaching center. Accommodation is impeccable. Their is not even a thing you can point at that will make you uncomfortable. People who cannot stand with a Indian company can never take what an American company gives you. I don't think review really matter when you trust some thing, All the consultants with Avco know that.

I have been working with this company since 2006 and never felt to look for another firm. The best part is salaries. It doesnt matter whether client/vendor pays/doesnt pay but you still get paid on time. I recently got EAD with Avco and still working with them.
