I worked for this company more year and half initially it was good,but not good if you want to grow in your field.They will dominate you to change your field if there is no project.They asked me to move from Sr. Developer to Tester role.They didn't gave me any training to grow my career,sudden hike in health Insurance policy (You have to take there is no other choice).More dominant towards client relationship.No Bonus/Perks,I worked in California (expensive location) but didn't get any hike.Only pros is work culture is good and have good big clients.
