commentHere is my honest opinion about Aroha and the recruiters I worked with during process. I have been working with Aroha for years and it has been the best experience. First, the company is very stable (unlike some others I worked for). I have also notice that salary compensation is very much better than most competing companies. My recruiter really worked with me on what I wanted and he made everything very easy for me and family. It has been a pleasure working with Aroha and would very highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for change. I wish that all companies in the recruitment/staffing industry was as easy and helpful as Aroha and the recruiters.

commentI recently started working for Aroha Technologies Inc My experience interacting with Aroha Technologies Inc personnel has been nothing short of exceptional. They were very attentive to all my concerns and took every care to make the transition process seamless. All questions and concerns regarding visa transfer were addressed promptly and resolved to my complete satisfaction. It was pleasure working with her. I sincerely appreciate her help and wish her and team all the best.

commentI worked with Aroha Technologies INC for 18 months and can say without any doubt that it has been the BEST experience of my overall 8 yrs of being in IT. Starting from an extra smooth and speedy hiring process to working with the Immigration Team, who throughout my tenure were very transparent and available at any time of the day to answer questions or address concerns. Payments are 100% accurate on time. Always received prompt response from everyone in the Aroha family, be it the Immigration group or the sales recruiter. Everyone is treated as family at Aroha and taken care of as one of their own.
Have been very lucky to have had the chance to work with Aroha Technologies.

commentI joined Aroha when I was let go from a job. Aroha was able to find me a suitable work in a week time. Also they started my green card process the first day i joined which they promised.
I had all the right papers and within 9 months of joining i got my i140.
If you are little skillful in finding a project, Aroha will do what they promised you. So good luck.

I had all the right papers and within 9 months of joining i got my i140.

commentI was frustrated when the non-local company I was hired by through Aroha cancelled the contract.
The project I was supposed to work on had its funding cut down. My relocation
process was nearly done and now I had no job and money. But Aroha is a fast service company.
The staff listened to my concerns and immediately placed me in a new company with new position and project.
The pay and working hours were same as the company before and the staff was responsive.
I am completely satisfied with Aroha and its services.
They have never disappointed me in anyway and answered my questions on time.

commentBeen working as a Data Engineer at Aroha for about 1.5 years. It's been a positive experience all around for me so far.
Recruiting team:
Recruiting team was in constant touch with me initially. Not so much lately(I guess it's a two-way street. But could be much better if the recruiter reached out to me every now and then and asked how things are going in my current role and provide updates on contract end dates etc......). However, they will get back to you quickly on any questions/concerns raised.
Overall work environment = Good/Professional
work life balance = Good
Job= OK, Feels restricted at sometimes
Salary = :( - okay for starting out

commentI'm really happy to work with this company. It got excellent marketing team and they did my H1 B.They keep everything open between employee and the employeer which is really a good thing. They pay the salaries in time and also they are employee friendly.

commentI am working for Aroha Technologies INC from past 2 years and would definitely recommend Aroha in these torrid times.
Aroha Visa policy is straight forward and they always keep their promises.
Very few times have I had to follow up for any assistance. 100 % VISA Assistance, Receive pay roll on time .
Aroha team is always in constant touch with you when you are in between projects.
They have great dedication in working with the clients to resolve any issues from either end.
Very honest folks and hope they keep doing the great work.

commentI recommend joining Aroha, I am a Citizen I was unable to find the projects at my Location They helped me to Get the project. They are good at Marketing.
Aroha helped market my profile, and I was able to find a good, long term client project. The recruiters were always in touch with me, and set me up with multiple interviews. I am happy working with Aroha.
I Diffidently Recommend Aroha for any IT Consultants.
