commentThe best employer that takes care of its employees and great team of staff that’s communicates well. Keeps their word when it comes to H1b and perm processing. No issues and shady job when it comes to pay stubs and visa documentation. Finding projects is also easy if we are talented as they’ve got the network, but can sometimes become hectic as they overwhelm with responses.
Also the relieving process was smooth and no hassles.

It is having its own state of the art Arnex learn and Learning Studio which has an immense capability to help it's employees to learn, nurture and grow themselves towards the overarching demand of current market scenario. Even if someone is not able to get a niche project, they can engage themselves with these platform and learn meanwhile.

commentReally good choice for me to come here. At first I was weary with current administration and climate for H1b. But from first time I spoke to this recruiter, I felt no pressure. Finally cracked an interview and got to join. Good TC for me, confirmed it was well over prevailing wage. I got to see client letter on day 1 as they promised. Got approval for 1 year, but they were so thorough up to that point, I gave employer written notice after LCA. SO happy with Arnex itself so far.

Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere.It allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get setup in my developer area. Arnex does fun and interesting things such as having a large celebration once a month for all employees with birthdays that month. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. commentHere is my honest opinion about Arnex Solutions and the recruiters I worked with during process. I have been working with Arnex for years and it has been the best experience. First, the company is very stable (unlike some others I worked for). I have also notice that salary compensation is very much better than most competing companies. My recruiter really worked with me on what I wanted and he made everything very easy for me and family. It has been a pleasure working with Arnex and would very highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for change. I wish that all companies in the recruitment/staffing industry was as easy and helpful as Arnex and the recruiters.

commentI feel really supports and values me. I am a part of an amazing team and honestly appreciate how well we work together and support each other. The company has numerous ways to get involved within the organization in ‘non-work’ capacities such as philanthropic causes, mentor ship programs, diversity groups, etc. and these can really make you feel like you are connected with other coworkers within this huge global organization. And the way the company has responded to the pandemic and kept everyone in the loop on work from home transitions and guiding us on recruiting and account managing in this new environment, very impressive. Pay commission and benefits are lucrative (though it does take time to build up commission), and there are numerous perks and discounts you can receive as a Arnex employee. I feel very fortunate to have found my team and this company, as well as have long term growth opportunities here, you never hit a ceiling. This really is a home and a place to settle in and potentially retire from.
