commentVery good company to work with. I worked with them for more than 2 years, I had to join them Vishnu has taken care of my perm and other gc process promptly. People in the management are very patient and professional. Never had any issue with payroll in my last 2 years of being their employee. Less intrusive in your day to day activities but very helpful when you need any assistance. You can easily get a hold of any one in the management via phone/mail who are always ready to address any of your concerns.

commentI have experienced worst part of my career here. I struggled hard and spend more time and energy to get payments than actual work i do at clients. The worst thing here is wrong commitments from owner on payments. So many lies never seen in life and don't expect someone running company with that style. I lost my years of energy. Check bounces, wire transfers, partial payments after so much followup is common. Payroll runs on around 13th but payment doesn't credit. Due to all these and many other issues with ARCH, I had sleepless nights, health problems which indirectly effected work at client places. After all the struggle i was getting the payments as per LCA, anything other than that you can imagine.
I was taking care of my own job search, getting payments on time from vendors to the company etc timely manner. Company never understood my resume right, i used to get wrong matches and calls, which is more troublesome. I am waiting for my final settlement, i am following up on it for about 3 months now. He started blocking my numbers, whatsapp, no response to emails.
Even if there is any response, it looks strong positive but it is not.
Visa process was never transparent and had struggle there as well. I-140 is denied.
Please go somewhere else, think 100 times before joining.

commentIf you wanna groom your career, dont even dare to think of your company. Reviews would say, they are thriving technology company. The boss man would say, they are best in terms of service and salary. It isnt true. Dont fall for their trap. They dont have a single client, neither have any prime vendor's contact. They place you through multiple layers, which was the same in my case. If you need to find a better project, you have market yourself. Things were fine until I received an RFE for my transfer peition. They dont even have their own attorney. They cost compare between attorneys and go for the cheapest. In my case, I was careful enough to use my own attorney. Eventually, the company wasnt happy about this. They needed me to pay the attorney, to which I agreed and did. After all these hurdles, they dint help my attorney with the required supporting docs. At the very last moment, after multiple follow-ups, they said they cant share confidential financial docs to a new attorney. I was fed up with their attitude. To come to a solution, I decided to go with their attorney. As it was last minute, they demanded me again to pay for their attorney. With no other choice, I paid around my 1 month salary to them. As expected, things worked this time and RFE was responded. To my surprise, after reviewing their employment records and financial statements, the consulate rejected my petition stating the company is not in a situation to pay me. They denied my transfer petition and I am left with no other option. Now, I have to go back India with all my dreams shattered. Thank you Vishnu and Arch IT for making my life a living hell.

commentSearch "h1b frauds" on web. USCIS is seriously chasing these companies. ARCH is also doing similar. I am sure there are many more companies like this. Go to genuine places. Do not spoil your career. Tell your friends in this company. I was the victim for a sometime and struggled a lot with many issues with owner of ARCH. Big cheat and lair.

commentGuys, plz dont waste your valuable time and money by falling in loop with cheater. From couple of years somany people are facing issues with this fake person. If you really want to face problems then go with this person, as he talks very nicely but nothing is nice, he doesn't even submit few petitions and cheat them by postponing for years. Personally myself and my friend wasted time and money and more over hectic life it was, i personally request you all not to do the same please.
As mentioned below, all those positive comments posted by him itself. Im sure no one can give good feedback on this bloody vishnu. He is known person who doesnt have any office or set up. He himself handle everything and torture consultants with paying properly.
People will choose him if they have bad luck for years in their life, so guys think about your next couple of years.

commentI just read the some bad review posted here, I am not sure how they hurt. It may be a single person posted things for 3-4 times. Anyways, after reading other review, I thought to write review from side otherwise it is unfair. 2 years back I joined ARCH, till now I never faced any problem, CEO is a very nice and down to earth kind of person, sometimes even though the primary vendor not paying on time, these people are paying on time. I am still with ARCH iNTERNATIONL, I am NOT sure how the scene would be if I leave, any how why will I leave if everything is good :). But it is a nice company to work with,I was recommending this, I am recommending this and I will recommend this to others.

commentThis Guy is complete Fraud and these nice reviews are completly fake. My friend and I suffered with his white lies and It took almost an year to get our money back, when we applied H1B last year but Din't got in lottory. He says you will get your money next week, but next week will never come, When that week/day comes he will tell another story. Dont ever trust him. My other friend's H1B got selected but got rejected after RFE, he never shared any doccument correctly, he will share only part of the doccument after several requests which doesn't give any information, when he asked the RFE copy he used to tell all stories but never shared it.
I am fool to not to believe in those first reviews. One thing this website shows is only how many LCA's applied( not H1Bs applied ) and also whether out of those H1B applied this website won't tell how many got approved or rejected. I learnt recently chances of LCA gettting rejected for H1B is very very less unless you do some procedural or blind mistake. Compan can apply 100 LCA's but may file 10 H1B's only, Only DOL put this information publicly but not USCIS( which actually decide H1B case), Both are two different departments. I am still looking for H1B, and going to try my luck this year again, I learnt a lot in this time and just happened to check these reviews and thought at least I will save one victim like me.
As we are all S/w analysts, lets analyze reviews on 11/26 and 11/25 they talk about their GC( one as expecting it soon and another one as processed as promised ). Look at the report on this same website there are No GC's applied thru this company and what ever one applied in 2013 was withdrawn. Look at another review on 10/30 that review mentions " They are offering good salary ", every one knows there is no fixed salary, all consultancies go by percentage base only. Another thing is No one is going to write a reviews for these small consultancies unless they are asked to do so by someone forcfully to get it something done or they are expecting something from these owners or Owner itself is writing these reviews. OR someone like me who really got screwd and suffered and know the pain of being a victim.
Very impartant rule when you rely on reviews look at the nagative reviews and learn from there. This guy may try so many other tricks to show this company is very good and he is the honest man in this world.
I overlooked at the first nagative reviews because I was desperate to go US and not many applied from INDIA, Then after experiencing with him I releazed it is better not to get scammed your self by these blood eaters who live their life on others blood.I know if not him this could be another guy but beware and educate and Learn yourself before approaching these Cheaters who are hungry to catch and cash the victims.
I heard most of the people in US( like one reviewd on 11/20 ) also affraid not to complain to USCIS, thinking they may get into some sort of trouble in future, so they just leave these kind of Cheaters, but Someone Please dare yourself and stop these scaming companies.

commentIt's easy to write ur own FAKE REVIEWS to rally the image of ur company, but dont get fool and fall in trap for his sweet talk & kahani's and join ARCH.
This guy V.... Reddy is a certified " LIAR - CHEATER ". I heard Andhra guys are honest and smart, but this guy is smart enough to loot/trap people. You will see his true colors once U get trapped. I am trapped with him in an unfortunate situation, and now suffering,trying to see my exit options and waiting for right time to move away from this company. please don't get trapped by ur self in believing his kahani's and 4 Star fake reviews. It is possible some of my colleagues( in ARCH ), not yet seen his true colors but my advice is start looking for the exit at the early.
You may think all consultancies r similar, but this guy is one of worst possible U r going to experience.
In fact I did came to him ignoring the previous coments( I still feel guilty and curse myself for not believing in those comments ).
If you still coming to this guy thinking I am writing this out of my frustation and at my fault and going believe his jhutha kahanis "God bless you for ur future PAIN after becoming a victim ".
For past few months I resisted not write this review leaving it to God, but after seeing these 4 star reviews, i felt i should not let others also suffer like me.

PROS:
1. They have good marketing team and can show plenty of oppotunities in any location. I was never on bench for more than a week.

I don't have any words to describe how worst this company and this Person is. I have all the proofs that i suffered 12 months ans along with 9 other employees suffered.
