I am one of the beneficiaries of the H1B petition. Our pay is way below what our American counter parts are receiving in spite working beyond 8 hours due to the extreme caseload. I was also on call on week ends which I find unfair because my american co-workers aren't. This company should be investigated for its discriminatory policies.
