commentM owns the entire company but acts as though he’s just an employee
M will call and explain the H1B process in a friendly way, making it seem as if we’ve entered the U.S. and bought a home in America. Before ending the call, he smoothly discusses the fees, making it sound like a small price to achieve big dreams.
Once the H1B is picked in the lottery, he will spin a tale by creating nice view about buying two 2-bedroom flats in Hyderabad.
M is highly convincing, capable of building something as grand as the Burj Khalifa with just words. Gradually, he will start asking for money. The charm is that he’ll talk for 45 minutes, or at least 30 minutes, but only mention money in the last 15 seconds. We start feeling like he’s our own brother—everything. He patiently answer countless questions, no matter how trivial.
He even prepares people for visa interviews. We’ll think he’s going to take care of everything once we enter the U.S.
Upon arriving at the guesthouse, a new character, H comes into the picture—rude,
Later, "B" appears and becomes the real issue, discriminating between people when it comes to percentages. He believes we don’t notice. B gives less to his favorites and more to others, which raised questions among us. It’s unfair because we all paid the same amount and have the same skills, so why the bias? We discussed this with M but he hasn't taken any action. This behavior disrupts the harmony in the guesthouse and tarnishes the company’s reputation.
unfortunate thing is that someone reported M to USCIS We all trusted him, gave him money, and referred many people to him. Even so, we still trust M more than the company
Characters like H and B will come and go quickly, offering no real solutions to the problems.
People have been staying here for six months waiting for jobs,
