You pay for Green card. Once you move out, they will withdraw Green Card application (100%)

As like other body shopping companies, no marketing, bad insurance, no other benefits.

If you are OK with these guys withdrawing GC application, then go ahead and join (Which most of the desi consultants wont do anyway).

If you want to ruin your career then join this company. They keep margins high, for everything they will say h1 fees are high, you have to pay for green card from your pocket. marketing is bad, you have to work hard to find a project by yourself

Someone said that he was treated like slave. Do you want to be treated like an emperor?
What is wrong with a Bond and suing if you leave the firm. Even the US Army has a bond and they will arrest you if you leave.
The management is not arresting you if you leave, they are suing you for breach.
To someone who complained about their visa getting rejected. Your fellow employees complained to uscis. So blame them instead of management.
To someone who complained about non payment of salary.
Did your last company pay correctly?
Be loyal to the management and expect rewards later.
Do not be greedy instead thank the management for living in USA.

Get your facts straight.

Stop treating employers like slaves, they have family, chuldren and need ti feed them just like you.

We know who is greedy, stealing employees salary is greed, asking salary for hardwork is not.

I have been with them for a few months now. The way theydealt with the H1 and documentation etc., was very professional. I liked the folks Mahesh, Manasa (Resource Manager), Bijal (HR) and Tanya (Immigration). They helped a lot and were returing calls and emails as and when needed. They generate proepr pay slips through the ADP and there is no hiding in the salary what we get. We discussed our percentage and things look good for a long stay.

i transferred H1B to this company in 2006 and since than I am getting paid on time. their paper work related to H1B and GC is very clean. HR, Immigration and recruiters are very helpful.

But end of day they are typical desi consulting firms. I do not think they have many in house ERP projects.

Hi,
I am working with this from the last 1 year and they are good in every aspect. From the very day, i am working on percentage basis. They pay on time, sometime before that.
Rachna ( resource manager ), tanya ( immigration manager ) are very helpful and gives good advice. They dont force you for anything. I strongly recommend to join this company based on my current experience with them.

Provide people to give proxy interviews?
Do they b pay for your H1b
Did they show you how much they are billing you for? They say 70-30 but what is the actual billing amount?

Do you know if they made mistakes on ur GC even when you paid for the GC, you will end up paying 7 to 8 grand to company and not even sure I if they filed it right(to begin with GC and H1 is company's responsibility)
Do you remember how many bonds you signed? Do you like visiting courts? Want to pay 10 grand to lawyer and get harassed by their claims?
You will win ultimately, as bonds don't hold water in courts, they just scare you with a law suit. Judges at this point must investigate these companies for mail fraud and immigration fraud.

I appeal to USCIS and FBI to investigate this company and audit them ASAP. - flag

Hello, I'm with V-Soft for the past 2yrs and I'm happy with them. The most important is they pay salaries on time and I used to get fast response for my queries from company employees. Initially you may not be happy about the pay but after 6months they will give good hike and soon will change to percentage basis.

They will provide accommodation when you are on bench and will send to face-face interviews when you are in salary basis with company own expenses. They provide health care benefits too.

This company is very good for OPT/CPT students and they provide training in various technologies. They have a office where consultants can go for studying or take vendor/client calls.

How sooner will you get a project depends not only on marketing but also your efforts to crack client calls.
