Its close to 6-7 years I know JSMN and Thota. Its great pleasure working with him. As a consultant, I worry about how much client is paying and how much I am getting. He is very transparent as far as rate or salary is concerned. He never charged me anything extra. There is absolutely so issue as far as your rate/salary. He evens pays ahead before client pays him.

There were few issue with rejections or denials. This happens to any employer.
There may be issues with some clients for accepting JSMN consultants. These all are because of greedy consultants and nothing to do with Thota or JSMN

There were some items I suggest which can improve JSMN like getting good people in payroll/HR etc

JSMN International Inc, president Mr. Ravinder Thota is excellent and honest person. I am working since 2004 and got GC 2011 and still working with this company. He pay good billing rate and he is always helpful to employees. I referred my friends and they referred other friends too.

Used to be decent. Became little greedy. Using company money to buy real estate and delays payments. Stay Away.

I am with this company for almost 2 years now.
They are good employer. My H1B got trnasferred/ renewed 2 times without REF by JSMN , offcourse I have given all the necessary paperwork and I have selected my own lawyer and JSMN supported that. My I140 got approved suuccesfully with this company. Nice place to work. Althouh i am not very sure about H1B stamping outside USA, as I do not have any experience on this.
Sen - 4/17/2013 - Very hard to get stamping thru any of Mr. Thota's companies. He has actually changed his business. Now mostly does Real Estate uses this company for money flow. - flag

All.... JSMN and all his companies are a big fraud and make consultants pay for every expense involved to run the business. The people that work under him are a big fruad too especially DK and all those interns...

Lost 1000's of dollars working for them....Its a proven record.

Just stay away.

I am with this company for quite a few years and i am happy with them so far. They are very reasonable people and helpful to their employees. I feel every good company is based on good leadership and the same applies here. The President of the company "Ravinder Thota" is a very sensible person and makes sure his employees are happy with the company.

NICE COMPANY.OWNER IS VERY HELPFULL.I WAS ONE OF THE FORMER EMPLOYEE.I LIKE ENVIREMENT OF THE COMPANY AND PEOPLES R VERY FRANDLY.
