Best consulting company to settle with if you want to do consulting! -

commentPros
I have been working here since almost 4 years now and they have left no stone upturned to keep the employees happy. If consulting is what you have chosen as career option, then this is the best company you can work with in the US.
Here are some pros:
-Extremely transparent business and clear mention of the deal.
-They stick to their words and keep up promise. Need to remind/followup sometimes.
-Clear paper works and no fraud.
-100% visa and GC approval as of what I have seen.
-On time pay and no delays.
-Extremely approachable and helpful management and other teams.
cons
- Although they started as a consulting company, I guess they should look beyond consulting and venture into solutioning. They have strong resource pool and capability/contacts to make this happen. They can grow very strong as a end-to-end solutioning company if they have the will and right vision.
- They should introduce internal employee designations/title/pay grade based on the experience. This will motivate and show some signs of growth.
-Sponsor periodic training for various skillsets to upgrade and survive in competitive market.

commentThis is at all a good body shopping company to work for since they do not pay a salary while looking for a project. While hiring consultants on H1B, they tell you that they have contacts with fortune 500 clients and so getting projects will be a piece of cake. However, the story in reality is totally different. Once the consultant gets here they make him/her stay in the guesthouse till the consultant gets his/her SSN. During this time, they do not pay a single dime or provide the consultants with any kind of benefits including medical insurance (mandatory in this country). Most importantly the thing that everyone should know is they do not have any client contacts. They have a team here whose full-time job is to fudge resumes and indulge in every possible fraudulent activity.
They move consultant’s previous India experience to the bottom and concoct US experience with someone else’s (existing employee) experience reflecting that these new consultants have been working in the US for the last 3 or 5 years. Then these crooks get the actual employee working on that actual project to come and train these 'new consultants' to prepare them for the interview. Once this part is done, which generally happens during the time these consultants are waiting for their SSN, the marketing team starts distributing the resume to all possible job requirements matching the resume.
Further, if the consultant refuses to perform such illegal activity, they threaten to send them back and revoke their H1B visa. At times they even force the consultants to sign some letter/ agreement stating that the period they were on the bench was training without any compensation and the consultants participated with their own free will.
I would strongly recommend to stay away from this company, which is busy taking away American jobs and also depriving legitimate petition being selected in the lottery process.

commentPros-
Pretty same working style as any other consulting company, but they help employees.
Keep up their promise
Transparent rate and clear mention % split.
Cons-
They must get beyond the consulting company image and grow bigger. The future vision for both Company and employees has to be there. Cannot be happy with what we have and continue for next 10 years

commentI came on H1B thru AIT.I got contract-to-hire offer from other company..So as penalty for contract period they didn't pay me for 3 months while they were receiving client's payment.I never understand how they did in this country..by running payroll and not paying to employee.
- 9/6/2014 - I agree, this company does not pay you any salary and insurance to its employee for the time they are on the bench and after they start to work. Even I never understood how they manage to do something so illegal in the US, which is totally against the labor act. -

commentHi,
I worked here 4 years and got cheated in GC. First at all they do not allow you to work on percentage basis for 1/2 yrs then they will give option of 70/30. They will make you pay insurance cost and travel costs for all job related/interview things. They promise to file GC but you need to do lot of followup and then result will be EB3 GC whereas they will promise you for EB2. They will try to cheat you in payroll with showing less hours of work.
Definitely I am going for DOL to file complaint.

commentI agree with your conclusion on this company. They hires people who are not authorized to work in US (spouses of H1B). Please contact the following person at the department of labor to bring justice:

commentI am working with AIT Global Inc for more than 4 years. No complains at all. They give regular salary, very strong team not fraud at all.
It seems that the earlier comment was made by some frustrated person doing anti marketing about a company. I have not seen or experience any thing stated by earlier person.
He/she said they keep everyone in some guest house in NJ. If not in guest house where should they keep them ?? :) :)
- 9/7/2012 - Did they bribe you to write this? OR you are Pinky or her partner in crime Sheetal Gupta.. or someone writing on your companies defense ???? EXTREMELY funny.... Biggest JOKE !!! -

commentThey operate by hiring fresh graduates from the worst engineering colleges in India and train them for 7-8 months while filing for their H1 visas. They bring the candidates to the US and put them in their New Jersey guest house while floating the candidates' fake resumes (sometimes with experience of about 7-8 years...imagine that!!!) to insiders they know(usually Indians) at US based companies. They show the experience on the resumes from companies which do not exist from India and US and Im not sure how they manage to get the resources in. This is exactly what this company has been doing for the past so many years that they have been doing business here in the United States and Im surprised that they are still in business. They are taking our jobs in America by offering people with fake resumes to American companies and we are buying it. I had received a resume of a girl with 7 years experience and when I quetioned her she broke down and told me that she is straight out of college with only 7 months of training in this company. These guys and many other Indian companies are taking our jobs and we need to do something about it. Does anyone know where can I complain about this company as we need to put an end to this bullshit that these foreign workers and companies have done to our economy. Nuff said.
TRUE - 6/5/2013 - I totally agree to what you have said. They are taking away american jobs with fake resumes. Steps should be taken to prevent such practice. May be you can initiate the process if you have proof. -
