Highlights:I taught courses on remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), geostatistics, hydrology, mapping techniques, and the environment. I also supervised undergraduate students' research projects and participated in various community service activities. In addition, I engaged in various research activities and collaborations with national institutions. I published some papers in peer-reviewed journals on topics such as assessing seismic hazard sensitivity assessment in the main Ethiopian rift valley, flood inundation mapping, characterizing the groundwater potential and quality, and spatial-temporal assessment of the lake. I also attended several workshops and trainings on geospatial science and earth science.
