Highlights:Graduated in 2009 from the University Institute of Industrial Technology and Administration in Caracas, Venezuela with a degree in Superior Information Technology. In 2020, I worked with TTESLA Technology Solutions in Bogota, Colombia on a McDonald's contract, where I was a help desk agent level two, and I worked on making improvements to McDonald's ordering system. In Venezuela, I worked for the the Israeli Association of Venezuela, where I was their information technology administrator.
