I have nearly 14 years of extensive hands-on experience in the Alternative Delivery Channel within a bank in ATM and Card operations, specifically in ATM, digital payments, cards, ATM switch, and Card Management System (CMS) operations. My deep technical expertise in implementing and managing end-to end solutions ensures seamless transaction processing, system integration, and compliance with industry standards.
•Lead the ATM and Card operations team by providing direction, coaching, training, and ongoing development opportunities. •Design security policies and rules for ATM, POS, e-commerce, and card payment data. •Utilize fraud detection tools and technologies to identify suspicious activities and transactions. •Develop digital products for ATMs utilizing ISO 8583 and TCP/IP protocols and API, completing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in a test environment. •Oversee and monitor all ATM, POS, Card Management System (CMS), Switch, and related system components to ensure seamless banking operations. •Issuance of debit and credit cards in the Tranzware card management system (CMS). •Look after Visa Card Issuing and Acquiring Services to comply with regulatory compliance of Visa Inc. and Central Bank. •Manages the Visa Analytics Platform to access key insights to optimize authorization rates, promote early cardholder activations, lower fraud-related costs, and maximize interchange revenues. •Coordinate with ATM and POS vendors to go live with operation, repair, service, and upgrades as needed. •System documentation and consulting services to include system reviews and recommendations. •Prepare an office note to process various bills of ATM, POS, CMS, ATM switch, annual maintenance charge (AMC), and card transaction fee. •Member of the PCIDSS project. • Coordinate with the Central Bank's (Bangladesh Bank) Switch of the National Payment System Bangladesh to ensure seamless integration and compliance with regulatory standards. •The new product implements and coordinates with the International Payments Scheme, such VISA Achievement: •Bangla QR code project development •Integrated Card less Deposit in Cash Recycling Machine •NFC Card Development •Developed ATM fund transfer •Integrated MFS service in ATM ( Cash by Code) •Bank POS project development •Integrated all ATMs into the Anti-Virus Server •Migration from Magnetic Stripe Debit Card to EMV Chip Card--
