Im working as a graduate student researcher under Dr.stelios Andreadis lab involved in different research projects mainly focusing on treating demyelinated diseases by injecting shear thinning hydrogels of hOPCs.
Im working as a graduate student researcher under Dr.stelios Andreadis lab involved in different research projects mainly focusing on treating demyelinated diseases by injecting shear thinning hydrogels of hOPCs.I contributed to developing a therapeutic strategy to support human oligodendrocyte progenitor cell (hOPC) transplantation for demyelinating diseases. Additionally, I participated in preclinical studies using a congenital hypomyelination mouse model to evaluate the transplanted hOPCs' integration and remyelinationty, migration, and differentiation potential. Additionally, I participated in preclinical studies using a congenital hypomyelination mouse model to evaluate the transplanted hOPCs' integration and remyelination efficacy.--
