My initial role was as a Level Coordinator for Grade 3, where I trained teachers, reviewed lesson plans, managed school events, and signed report cards to ensure a consistent educational experience across all grades. This diverse background in both teaching and administration has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the educational process.
