Currently working on the PoliFusion project, an initiative accelerated by PoliHub, the innovation district and startup incubator of Politecnico di
Milano. The project focuses on developing CAE software for nuclear fusion simulations, with particular emphasis on breeding blanket design.
Main Responsibilities:
- Set up parametric models in Paramak for heating and flux analysis in a tokamak reactor, using OpenMC for neutronics simulations.
- Generate unstructured meshes in Coreform Cubit to ensure accurate distribution of scored quantities.
- Develop a UX/UI interface in Figma as a proof of concept to validate the concept of CAE software integrating neutronics and multiphysics tools.
- Apply variance reduction techniques, including weight windows and survival bias, to enhance scoring accuracy in distant coils.--

Degree: Bachelor's Degree
Major:Mechanical Engineer
I built a strong foundation in core subjects such as calculus, thermodynamics, and machine design while gaining hands-on experience with essential engineering tools like CAD software (Catia, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) and numerical analysis tools like Matlab. Through my first engineering projects, I learned to approach practical problems from an engineer’s perspective—formulating hypotheses, applying theory, and leveraging computational tools to develop effective solutions. Moreover, these projects were carried out in teams, allowing me to develop collaboration and teamwork skills.
