Highlights:One of the most rewarding moments in my teaching career was successfully developing and implementing a differentiated learning program for a group of students with diverse learning needs. By integrating assistive technology, hands-on learning strategies, and individualized education plans (IEPs), I was able to significantly improve student engagement and academic performance. One student who had previously been non-verbal began actively participating in class using a communication device, which was a milestone celebrated by the entire school team. This experience reinforced my passion for personalized learning and the profound impact of inclusive teaching practices.
