Highlights:Career Highlights: Over three decades of experience as a Librarian and Information Professional, starting in 1986. Currently serving as an Outreach Librarian at Hawassa University, Ethiopia. Led the automation of Hawassa University Libraries in 2009, transitioning from conventional to digital systems using Koha. Coordinator of the Books for Sidama's Bright Future Generation Project in partnership with Book Aid International. Recognized as Librarian of the Month by the African Librarian Spotlight Program in August 2024. * Book Aid International Partnership: Initiated and coordinated a project to acquire and distribute new books across libraries in the Sidama region, demonstrating effective collaboration with international NGOs to benefit Ethiopian libraries. * Books For Africa Collaboration: Led a fundraising initiative with Books For Africa, raising $4,076 towards a $12,300 goal to support primary and secondary school libraries in the Sidama region, showcasing a proactive approach in securing international support. * International Law Book Facility (ILBF) Cooperation: Partnered with ILBF to secure and distribute donated law books to Hawassa University and other Ethiopian institutions, enhancing access to legal resources. These partnerships underscore Mulugeta Woldetsadik's expertise in project management, networking, and advocacy within the library and education sectors.--
