Silangan Primary School was the first school I was assigned to. I worked selflessly in this isolated school where access to education is limited.
In January 2016, our district supervisor assigned me to the SPED Center at New Corella Central Elementary School. I lead and teach a class of 35 students, divided into six sections, five days a week and achieve a 97% pass rate per year. A K-6 reading program was implemented that resulted in the highest reading comprehension test rate of any elementary school in Davao del Norte.

•Attend workshops and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methods.
