Goal:I have always loved to cook in my spare time, but starting to study more professional cooking was amazing. Now what I want most is to pursue this career, and in the long term take the Brazilian culinary culture to various countries.

Certification:I studied "Gastronomy and haute cuisine" during 2022. A course with practical classes and preparation to work in a professional kitchen. At the end of the course I received a certificate issued by "Instituto Gastronômico das Américas (Gastronomic Institute of the Americas)"
