• Developed more than 300 repair plans for metallic and composite structures on Wing, Empennage and Engine Strut of Boeing airplanes (757, 737, 727) in order to support airline and MRO service requests (SRs). • Performed stress analysis of airframe repairs using classical hand calculations (Bruhn, Niu) and Boeing tools (BDMs, proprietary software). Provided Static Strength, Fatigue and Damage tolerance evaluation; calculated Fatigue Life, Inspection Threshold and Inspection Intervals, established inspection programs for repaired structure. • Prepared structural substantiation reports (strength check notes, presentations, repair sketches and related data). Developed team-wide reusable analysis templates to reduce lead time of incoming service requests. • Checked airplane production drawings and maintenance documents, such as Structural Repair Manuals (SRM), Service Bulletins (SB), Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) and Maintenance Planning Data (MPD), to ensure the developed repair is functionally acceptable, compliant with MRO capabilities and meet airline preferences. • Reviewed stress analysis packages for technical accuracy and compliance with Boeing and FAA regulations (ADs, CFRs etc.). Approved structural repair plans and associated data. Provided repair instructions and dispositions. • Led and organized multi-skilled team of stress analysts and service engineers to work effectively on comprehensive airline service requests and meet airplane maintenance schedule. Provided technical and organizational recommendations to management. • Coordinated with other engineering groups (Design, Aerodynamics, Fuels, Materials and Processes etc.) to support statement of work and scheduled due dates. • Mentored earlier career stress analysts to help them successfully pass Boeing internal attestations. Provided support and assistance to newcomers and less experienced team members. • Prepared presentations for engineering technical review meetings, quality team meetings etc. • Provided on-site engineering support and coordination during business trips to Boeing facility in Seal Beach, California.--
