Highlights:I am currently conducting drain current versus gate voltage measurements on 2D crystal field-effect transistors (FETs) to evaluate their expression power and evaluate their potential for application in the field of neuromorphic computing. My research group and I are also exploring the potential of incorporating multiple side gates to enhance the expression power of these FETs. Additionally, my work involves the exfoliation and analysis of graphene flakes. Previously, I interned at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a national refinery of India, where I gained hands-on experience at the hydrocracker unit, learning about its functioning and significance. I have also worked in the fields of Electrochemistry and Materials Science, where I synthesized silicon nanoparticles and silicon-titanium dioxide composites for applications in supercapacitor electrodes. I possess hands-on experience with Cyclic Voltammetry, XRD, and SEM.
