Managing teams on several job sites which includes distributing tasks and delegation to get the most efficient results in a professional manner and keeping up communication via after jobs both written and verbal meetings with both management and site officials when and where necessary. • Observed equipment operation to diagnose and troubleshoot reported issues to prepare quotes on serviced welding machines – Miller brands. This would include attending to machines, troubleshooting malfunctions and completing basic repairs to keep equipment fully functional, diagnosing and repairing problems with electrical and mechanical systems such as fire alarm, suppression and hose reel systems, and keeping all systems well maintained in accordance with industrial estate codes (Point Lisas and Point Fortin) • Interpret and utilize AutoCad drawings for tenders and job sites, both local and regional for example the new Ministry of health building as well as upcoming buildings in St Vincent, St Lucia, and Grand Cayman Island. • Applying critical thinking and research to address complex issues that might come up when on the field or in the office while also completing job reports and logs immediately following service calls. • Maintained quality assurance and customer satisfaction objectives and complies with regulatory standards and safety requirements via NFPA72 codes and local government standards • Organized work to meet demanding production goals by way of keeping deadlines for tenders and job site specific time frames for completion of installation.--
