NOT the sharpest guy to have when you are facing serious consequences. Did NOT do a good job on my case. His immigration firm consists of him and his wife, Elizabeth Dobosiewicz. I believe his wife might be slighter better than him, but nonetheless I definitely would NOT recommend neither. He did NOT give much attention to my case and was very late with applications and responses. He did many things last minute, was NOT thorough, and made huge mistakes along the way. Furthermore, he was very expensive, charging $350+ a hour for his services but was not worth a penny of it. He billed me for every 15 minutes he spent on my case or was speaking with me and my family. Matter of fact, he even billed for every single text message! He was NOT zealous in his defense and representation of me nor was he creative or prepared. In the end, he went home and I got deported. I wish I chose someone more serious and hard-working than him to represent me. Someone who was more aggressive, prepared, and actually cared about the outcome. I put my life in his hands and now I regret it with every breathe. I made the biggest mistake of my life by hiring this guy. Kurt charged me as much or if not more money as the better immigration lawyers in the Erie County, Buffalo area and simply put, did NOT deliver. Immigration deportation defense at the border in Buffalo and Batavia, N.Y. is a very lucrative business and getting the right guy for the job is crucial. Kurt Saccone failed me and my family horribly. To top it off, his litigation skills were terrible and he did NOT file any pre-trial motions. I wish I never retained him. He is the worst decision I ever made. I've tried to remain fair and leveled in my review. I truly believe my case was winnable and should have been won if I had the right lawyer but unfortunately, I didn't and now it's too late. I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same mistakes I made and from being deported and the anguish it will cause your loved ones; all from choosing the wrong attorney.
