This office mishandled my case and brought it to absolute waste. I signed a contract with them and paid the fees in 2008. They misrepresent me and wrote wrong information on the immigration forms that voided my application and wasted three years of paper works. They do not follow up they made my case fail apart because of their lack of competency. They have the worst customer services. They do not answer the phone and they never return voice messages. They have the most turn around staff. I had 4 different people handled my case.
