| | Biography: | Theresa A. Fisher is a partner in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. Ms. Fisher concentrates on the management of teams providing service for all matters involving immigrant visas. Ms. Fisher's extensive background in corporate immigration matters, including development of case and client management systems, and policy and procedures development, enables Berry Appleman & Leiden to provide its clients with the highest quality of service. Before joining BAL, Ms. Fisher practiced all aspects of immigration law in both California and Hawaii. She is an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She served as the Chair of the Hawaii Chapter of AILA (1992-93). Ms. Fisher participated as editor to several AILA publications, conference committee member and conference speaker. Ms. Fisher is ranked in Best Lawyers and has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley and her Juris Doctorate from the Santa Clara University School of Law.
