Biography:	Ms. Atac works closely with clients on immigration and business matters. She has helped clients start, acquire, and sell business ventures as well as transfer necessary personnel across countries and invest into the United States. Often taking on the difficult cases spurned by others, she welcomes the challenge of working with clients to help achieve their goals. Ms. Atac's clients range in size from individuals to publicly traded companies. She works with clients to understand their short-term and long-term goals so that she can best advise them through the entire process. Ms. Atac has successfully attained employment/investment visas/status such as the E-2 treaty investor for both individual and corporate clients. She has also helped clients attain permanent residency or a "green card" and citizenship to the United States. As a founding member of the firm, Ms. Atac brings her entrepreneurial spirit to the service of clients. While alerting clients of the risks and liabilities on the way, Ms. Atac works with clients to maximize business opportunity. This way, clients proceed, as much as possible, with their eyes open and can take calculated risks instead of unnecessarily killing the deal. This approach has resulted in successful transactions such as asset and stock transfers, including those involving commercial real estate.
