I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone! She will not have the time to speak with you regarding your case and will have you cursing out her paralegals. She charges an $80 consultation and a $200 an hour fee to just speak with her. That means if you demand a refund you will be given a receipt with her phony attorneys fee for doing nothing but listening to you "complain". If you have any immigration matters you will be waiting years to receive an update. Ms. Spencer is a scam artist and should be disbarred due to her lack of communication and not wanting to deal with her clients after they have paid considerable amounts of money. If you try to call her right now at the phone number located above....10 times out of 10 you will not reach her. She will tell her paralegal to give the client an excuse to not speak with them. For those who are facing legal matters, I highly recommend to give your money to a more respectable lawyer who will have respect for you and your sensitive matters. I feel sorry for those who have already retained her... She does not have time for you at all so don't bother calling or going over there. Just request for your file to be returned and go to downtown Broward where you know the services are worth every cent you spend. Not Oakland Park where the bums sleep outside of her office. Trust Me!

This women is a scam artist and if you have been done wrong by her (and I know many have after researching her terrible reviews) take the time to report her to the BBB and make the report to disbarred her. She is lovely on the outside but make no mistake she will steal your money and do it with a smile - she is not knowledgeable but certainly will talk you into to working with her, then once she gets your money you will never speak to her again she will only let her secretary give you messages. She should be utterly ashamed of herself.

Attorney Sherna Spencer has assisted me in the past with my immigration dilemmas, including getting me back home to attend my father's funeral. She is honest and truly listens to the clients needs. This dedicated attorney was at the immigration office even when she was walking on crutches. If there is a way to resolve your immigration issues she can find it. I am on my way to citizenship now. First I would like to thank her for the outstanding service she provided for me and my family in particular my sister. She was an outstanding advocate for my sister. She took the time to listen to my case, research all of the issues extensively, and made suggestions that made my case stronger resulting in my sister being approved for a 10 year U.S. VISA and enabling her to visit with our mother. We had tried 4 times prior to obtaining her services and can honestly say, her professionalism, commitment and follow up is what made the difference.
