In the pretext of doing quality work, this guy takes a lot of time. It is a torture to deal with him. Pls avoid him!

Rajiv khanna is a joke. This is how it goes with him. Before signing the contract he is your best friend, talks very sweet and tries to impress you by saying he has double degrees. After you sign the contract he is only available by appointments and that too you have to tell his secretary what is it about...after that if he feels that it is not important he will let one of his hourly employee talk to you. He does not have a single lawyer under him. I payed the money as lawyer fee and not for someone who doesnot know anything abt immigration law. All his cases are handled by so called case managers who are not even bachelors degree holders. My case agent in particular made repeated mistakes because of which I got audited for a labor cert and ultimately resulted in rejection. Because of him I lost valuable years of my career and also potential to get a better opportunity in a better company. He is only after your money. People like him should not be allowed to practice in US.
