| | Biography: | Born in New Delhi, India and raised in United States from the age of three, Mr. Seth brings a background that includes business immigration, contract/commercial litigation, tax, and business structuring. Mr. Seth applies his diverse experience from working with hospitals, technology companies, law firms and a Big 5 Accounting firm to his clients needs. Mr. Seth obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in International History & Industrial Labor History from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Seth now focuses his practice primarily on immigration law. In the past, Mr. Seth has provided consultation to the Pittsburgh media on immigration related issues.
