IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO DO YOUR GC..PLEASE DONT GO WITH THEM THEY ARE HIGHLY INCOMPETENT AND WILL RIP YOU OFF. WE ARE THINKING OF FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST HER IN TEXAS BAR. FOLKS USE AHLUWALIA LAW OFFICES ONLY IF YOU GIVE A SHIT ABOUT THE OUTCOME OF YOUR CASE. EVERYONE IN THEIR OFFICE ARE VERY INEXPERIENCED AND DONT KNOW A SHIT ABOUT THE LAW. YOU ARE BETTER OFF FILING YOUR CASE BY YOURSELF.

They wantedly delay the procedure of any visa or green card and for every delay or phon call they make......thy charge you. th rason to delay is to extract as much money as possible from you. the lawyr doesnt know what she talks and no rspect for clients.

I went to Ahluwalia Law after I had my case at another lawyer. The other law firm had made some mistakes and I researched who was the best lawyer to take my case after another lawyer had messed it up. I heard about her law firm being the 2nd Opinion Law Firm so I researched her and I recommend you do the same. I saw the negative review on this site and I was concerned but then I found out that competitors leave negative reviews about their competition on sites like this. I think that's terrible because it ruins it for those of us looking for honest reviews. Long story short, Ahluwalia's firm fixed my case and saved me from having to leave the country. I'm very grateful to them. They are honest and very knowledgeable.

The above good rating must be from the law offices itself. As they are trying to save their face by discrediting an honest review mentioning it as a competitors review. These people are good for only these kind of cheap tricks. Please use a well reputed law firms and most of them charge about the same as Pallavi but you will get a better services unlike Pallavi who always responds with one liners in her emails. Don't jeopardize your career and future in trying to save few hundred dollars. SINCERE ADVICE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM for things like PERM. They have no clue about the PERM Regulations.

I had another lawyer and they messed up my case but I went to Ahluwalia and she fixed it. It took some time to undo the damage the previous lawyer caused but I'm very happy with Pallavi's work. Her staff was very helpful and informative.

Hello Readers, This is a very honest and 100% true review of the Ahluwalia Law Offices. I have been there client for about 5 Years as they did my first h1b when i was on OPT and few H1 Transfers I joined a small american company as a full time. My company started my Green Card and hired Ahluwalia law offices to represent us, As Pallavi did some H1B Extensions for me before and sounded very knowledgable too at that time i decided to go with her not checking her school and experience. The law firm worked with the company and prepared the job description and duties. Although i do not travel for my job they put the travel language "some travel may be required language in all the ad's and skipped that in the JOB DUTIES SECTION H OF THE PERM FORM 9089" My Case was audited and denied stating the CFR 656.17 requiremnt saying that the job duties and responsibilities cannot exceed those listed on teh form 9089. As all our ad's said "Some Travel May Be Required on the Ad's and Not on the Form 9089" The DOl denied our PERM. When asked Pallavi's defense was she did 100's of PERM's like this before and got approved and also she thought that the travvelling is not a part of the job duties and hence did not mention that in the 9089 FORM. Come on .... This is a very basic stuff that every immigration lawyer should be and aware of. I took a second opinion from a more experienced lawyer and showed him the ETA 9089 FORM filed by Pallavi. He pointed several mistaked in the form one huge mistake that might have triggred the Audit was filing the PERM under Manager and asking for no experience that too durring recession VERY VERY BAD JUDGEMENT... The other one is about "UNNECESSARY TRAVEL LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT" this was totally uncalled for. I was told that a lawyer has to be totally incompetent not to know the affect of mentioning of travel in the ad's and skipping it on the 9089 FORM. Also, at the time of running the Ad's teh company wanted to know if there are any other modes of adverrtising than the employers web site .. she told us only other alternatives as TV and Radio.. I did some googling and found out that you can do campus recruiting, ethinic newspaper and business and trade journal and asked Pallvi if we can choose any of those .. She was kinda surprised to see other options and said Yes. Again ! What kind of a lawyer would not know the whole list of Optional recruiting steps ( and all these are mentioned in the DOl web site SHAME ON HER). And folks she charged us a total of 4900.00 just for the PERM and that too got denied. She is very greedy for the kind of work she does . (she charged us 2000$ (part of 4900) for the audit response where as it was the conmpany that spent good deal of time formulating the response). And one last thing she applied for one year H1b extension 2 months ago BASED ON pending PERM, and the USCIS sent us an RFE asking for the proof of PENDING PERM. She sent a screen shot of the DOL website and sent us a bill of 250$ Can you believe that ? So Please guys , Dont you ever think of doing your PERM through Pallav's FIRM , they are Incompetent, Greedy and Lazy and Highlly Unprofessional would not address your concerns in a timely manner. The Audit response and Perm Denial Appeal was sent on the Last Day (30th Day) they will post pone the things until last hour which will cause you a lot of stress and panic. I requested her to show the PERM Appeal document before she files. She sent an email one hour before she was about to send the UPS. Again "Heights of Unprofessionalism". Please choose an experienced Americal Layer even though it costs a few Grand more atleast your future would be in safe hands.
