Didn't explained GC process in detail. Works on his own pace, Doesn't understand the Prioroty, Rude, Lack of immigration process knowledge. I faced the Consequences not him. He got his money and ruined my case and life. BEWARE. DON'T DEAL WITH HIM. My Bad luck that I am stuck with his firm.

WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS OFFICE ANYMORE. First want to say his paralegal team are responsive and on-time, they are awesome. I was selected in H1B lottery very early in April and was shock to hear case material hasn't been filed to USCIS in late June, almost near the deadline! Tried reach him and he is always very busy and not available. Finally through my company manager, which is his direct client, I was able to call him on the phone. When I questioned why my case still isn't filed, he get very aggressive and completely scolded me and become very irritated. I was scared that he's gonna f over my case so literally have to "chill up sir" "let's start over" "it came out wrong" for STRAIGHT 5 MINUTES until he is back to communicable state, just for him to give me a bs reason because I later found out all my colleague from a specific asian race group were treated the same way: last minute application and no communication.
