| Biography: | After growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Holt earned his Bachelor of Art's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara with High Honors in 2004 and his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California as a Trustee Scholar in 2007. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Holt clerked for Guerrero Jacobs & Schlesinger, LLP (now Jacobs Schlesinger Ople & Sheppard) and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William L. Nixon at the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) in Salt Lake City, Utah. Since joining the firm, Mr. Holt has demonstrated extraordinary aptitude, prowess, and passion for trial work and has achieved exemplary results for the firm's clients before various Immigration Courts He represents the firm's clients in court and on appeal with regard to asylum, bond eligibility, cancellation of removal, and adjustment of status.
