Whoever is calling mark a bad lawyer because they of deported its they're own fault. Mark is a fantastic person and an amazing lawyer Andy husband and I are so lucky to find him. My husband was in departure proceedings and was about to be sent back to Mexico. Mark saved my life and my family in 7 months. He is a family man and understands problems and concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. If you think you'll find a better lawyer, you're mistaken. Please take my advice and just give him a call. No matter how bad you think it is. I will always call mark if I have any problems or issues or questions and he'll always be there. Thank you mark and your staff for all the support you've given us. It is more then appreciated. worst immigration attorney.. he will take all your money and get you deported(i got deported,because he didnt show up to my court) if you want that please contact with him and see it for yourself

He was excellent for me. I paid one fee and he filled all my paperwork out and then accompanied me to the INS interview where he stopped them asking questions that They should not be asking. My process was painless thanks to Mark Goldstein.

I used to live in Charleston South Carolina is where my case started I try looking for help couldn't find it had a deportation order every single lawyer I spoke to told me that my case had not a chance I moved to PA with my family finally I decided to seek for help I came across mark Goldstein he review my case and he told me was not going to be easy but he was going to fight for me he has done a great job with my case I am so thankful hiring him as my lawyer was the best decision I had ever made he is a great lawyer

Took his services has been one of the worst mistakes, he took US$10.000, yes ten thousand dollars of my hands and gave me nothing, Me and my family had to leave the country. He never give a straight answer, always says "Maybe" "Perhaps" "could be". Never give you an advice, he says "I cant tell you what to do... ". If he cant tell me or give me an advice ... Why I need him? He is very slow, took months to present my case... and after I push him and argue with him. Finally, I receive all the notification from USCIS before he knew it, so I notify him... Can you believe that. Please, but please never take his services, It will be a huge waste of money.
