| Biography: | Prior to specializing in removal and deportation representation, Ms. Diaz previously served as a Staff Attorney for the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. She has also practiced in the areas of criminal and commercial litigation. While in law school, she interned with the Southern Center for Human Rights and the DeKalb County Public Defender's Office, and participated in the Volunteer Immigration Project in Miami, Florida. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and currently participates as a member of the AILA-ICE liaison committee in Atlanta.
