Biography:Now in her 25th year of legal practice, Kristen M. Jackson launched her firm as a sole practitioner. Today, her firm has evolved into a full service legal practice which meet most clients' needs. She has been practicing in Central Florida for the past 25 years. Kristen's practice is focused on estate planning, probate, business law, and real estate. She provides a full line of estate planning services that includes wills, living trusts, durable powers of attorney, living wills, health care surrogates, probate, trust administration and more. She is computer literate and with the state-of-the-art computerized technology in place at her firm, she can quickly and efficiently drafts documents and electronically access unlimited legal resources needed to provide timely and quality service to her clients. In addition to her practice as an attorney, Kristen is also a Florida state Certified Public Accountant. Although she does not actively practice accounting, her knowledge in matters of accounting benefits her in estate planning because it often involves implications of estate taxes which, with careful planning, can be minimized or eliminated and in business planning when choosing the proper form of entity and in real estate transactions.
