I was informed that Mr. Mcdermott either has dementia or forgot how to deposit a check correctly you do not write checks & have your ward pass them out as good checks when you know there's only $22 dollars in the account what on earth was he thinking? He should have taken the check directly to the bank himself. Every time someone catches him in a lie it's either the banks fault or it was lost in the mail. He does not have any morals when it comes to his wards if there suffering from being homeless or no food. I rate Mr. Mcdermott F. I wouldn't recommend him & I recommend his wards report him to the authorities because we are.

I am unfornately one of his wards this man from day 1 has done nothing to help me. The 1st day my bank found out that he was my guardian & froze my account mind you Kevin was not my payee but the bank needed documents to show that Kevin indeed was guardian he lied to the hotel I am staying at which I have proof & said I had no money in my account, then if this is not enough I wound up on the streets till my financial aid came thru. Then after that I would ask for money to pay my bills & Mr. Mcdermott would hardly ever give me the money I asked for, Then after that Kevin went to Social Security & lied & became my payee against my wishes & he claims that Social Security mailed my check to him which I hardly doubt, I called Mr. Mcdermott for money to pay my car payment, my rent & to get food, I presented the checks thinking they were good still have a $50 check went to cash it the bank said I only had $22 in my account, I called Kevin & he claims which I hardly believe that he Mailed the check!!! Doubt it!!! I didn't know pocketing money was mailing it. here it is the 4th of July & as of yet no money in my account as a matter of fact I'm now negative $500 thanks to wonderful County guardian that loves to steal money to pay for his house in foreclosure that I have documents to prove. Answer going to show Kevin Mcdermott to Social Security who he really is I have proof that these checks he presented my landlord & car dealership & myself for food bounced all the way to the bank & back & hit him straight in the head. I turned him to the one & I turned him into the proper authorities & going Monday to file Criminal Charges for writing fraudelent checks that he knew no money was in the account I give Mr. Mcdermott a double F if there is one. I am sitting in my room hungry & Thirsty thanks to Mr. Mcdermott.
