Dear Reader: I just read the information about me on this web site and desire to up date the information. Our law firm moved in 2004. Its address is 726 Exchange Street, Suite 800, Buffalo, NY 14210. I have concentrated my practice in U.S. immigration law since July, 1979 and currently head Kavinoky Cook's immigration department. I have been a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association since 1982 when myself and others formed the Upstate New York Chapter. I try to understand a client's long term plans and needs to develop and implement a long term strategy and to accomplish immediate objectives within client established time frames and paramaters. I have gone through the work permit process for Canada and am sympathetic to the concerns on my clients. Our office does provide a fee estimate for its services and tries to remain within that estimate. The service center atmosphere is so harsh these days that our estimate does not include responding to a Service Center request for information.
