| Biography: | Attorney Karina Arzumanova has been a managing immigration attorney and an advocate for the rights of immigrants since April of 2011. Mrs. Arzumanova obtained her Juris Doctor Degree and Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Before starting her practice, Mrs. Arzumanova has been a visiting professor of law and psychology. She is a published author and a zealous advocate for the rights of immigrants.
Her practice includes representing clients in all aspects of immigration such as family-based immigration, asylum, removal and deportation defense proceedings, complex consular visa issues, investment visas and employment-based immigration visas.
She has successfully represented clients at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and U.S. Consular offices around the world for visa petition, adjustment of status and naturalization interviews. She is passionate about the rights immigrants, and she is committed to helping individuals achieve and maintain lawful status in the United States. Mrs. Arzumanova is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) –South Florida Chapter, American Bar Association, FL Bar Association, Association of Women Lawyers and Small and Solo Practitioners Network.
