He has NO experience in anything, all he does is talk talk talk but no action. I had him for my brothers immigration case and he did nothing about it! He sucks!!! very dissapointing

I will never Get this lawyer again he is TERRIBLE. He never know anything. He pushes you aside, and forgets completely about your case. I suggest you find some one else other than this BOZO. And his staff is dismissive they place you on hold until the end of the day. The only thing they are good for is to collect your fees.

I will not totally knock this atty since its been over 10 yrs and hopefully he is now an effective lawyer. I used him for an appeal I was a GC holder for 12 yrs, he lost in the 5th District on my appeal,(I understand that) however when it happened there was no heads up or contact, being my 1st & only offence I never imagined the cathostrophic event that would occur I had gotten a great job with promotions three times, and on my off day INS bum-rushed my home in front of my kid with guns to take me in, being female 114 lbs I still dont understand, neither can I as to why my atty did not have my back, I was shuffled around 4 wks then put on a plane one day, I think I called his office and never got a response or he shrugged me off. I hope he has become a more caring law-man because every single one has to be accountable for their deeds....So I see he move from LA to TX....after arriving in my country I called his office and was told the letter was sent to me but he had my # As to bonding company to this day my family cannot get the $5000 back, immigrants are at the mercy of the attys, INS and bonding companies of course this is not Jose fault.

I HIRED HIM AND FOR 1 YEAR HE DIDIN'T DO NOTHING BUT HE SURE DID COLLECT HIS FEES! EVERYTIME I WENT TO HIS OFFICE THE RECEPTIONIST WILL HAVE SO MANY EXCUSES, THEY EVEN GAVE ME DOCUMENTS THAT THEY DIDIN'T EVEN EXIST AT THAT TIME. THAT LAWYER AND HIS WORKERS ARE NOTHING BUT LIERS SO PLEASE I'M DOING A FAVOR TO YOU DON'T EVEN THINK OF HIRING HIM!!
