| Biography: | Jose Pablo Noriega, founder of J.P.N. Law, was born in McAllen, TX. During middle school, his parents decided to move to Plano, TX, for new and exciting work opportunities. After attending multiple years of high school at Plano West Senior High, Jose dropped out and received his G.E.D. Though the odds of Jose returning to school and completing his higher education were against him, he did return. He began taking courses in Community College and after taking a criminal justice class, he knew his true calling was law. Immediately thereafter, he transferred to Texas Tech University and began his quest to become an attorney by majoring in Psychology and Political Science. One month after graduating from Texas Tech, Jose moved to Michigan to attend law school. Throughout law school, he assisted a small law firm with employment and criminal litigation. Although the law firm was small, the attorneys showed Jose that David could actually beat Goliath. He assisted in a wide array of cases, everything from representing class action Fair Labor Standards Act claims to general illegal criminal searches. After law school, he returned to Texas and began assisting the Dallas City Attorney's office in employment matters. His job responsibilities included investigating EEOC complaints filed by employees, investigating City of Dallas employee misconduct, and assisting in the termination procedures.
