| | Biography: | Joe started at The Strong Firm, P.C. in 2009 as a summer law clerk and returned to the firm in January of 2010 as a full-time clerk. He finished his 3L year at the University of Houston Law Center in May of 2010 where served as the Publications Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law and President of the student chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He became an Associate with the firm in November upon passing the Texas Bar Exam and obtaining his license to practice in The State of Texas. Joe has also been an active participant in student chapters of the Federalist Society as their Director of External Affairs, and the Hispanic Law Students Association.
