| Biography: | Over the course of his career he has developed a reputation as a strong advocate for his clients and a relentless litigator. Mr. Glassman has appeared in courts in all jurisdictions in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has successfully defended individuals charged with a criminal offense at the local, county and Federal levels and has handled civil and criminal matters in a number of other States including Florida, Washington, DC, Maryland, New York, Virginia and Hawaii. Mr. Glassman is admitted and has prosecuted Appeals before the 3rd Cir. Court of Appeals. In addition to handling a broad array of criminal matters, Mr. Glassman has handled a wide variety of commercial litigation for a number of small businesses and entrepreneurs. His practice areas all encompass a number of Federal and State agencies including the IRS, Homeland Security and Dept. of Revenue. Mr. Glassman has also represented individuals before both State & Federal Boards including the House Assassinations Records Review Board.
