Mr. Nunes was impossible to get ahold with and ignored my case. He could not provide status updates anytime I spoke with him. This went on for a yearI had to fire him. He also got rude with me anytime I would call and ask for an update---like I was harassing him, yet he would give me absolutely no information.

I hired Anthony to represent me in my immigration case. Anthony was unsympathetic to my family's extreme sense of loss, asking them not to call or email him to request information about his progress with my case as this cut into his "research" time. Although I was bondable Anthony gave my family the run around, requesting paper after paper from them without applying for my bond, pushing back court dates in order to "research" more...as I sat in a detention center. Upon termination he supplied no proof of research. Difficult to contact, unsympathetic to family trama that comes from separation and detention, and without common knowledge of immigration law. I terminated him after one month, hired a new lawyer, and everything changed for the better.

Mr. Nunes did not know the proper immigration terminaology and kept telling me wrong advice. I had to fire him and get a knowledgeable attorney.

Talk about dragging feet, Anthony's lack of knowledge shows with the sheer amount of time it takes him to do anything. When your loved one is suffering in a detention center time is of the essence, and Anthony doesn't have the experience to appreciate that - always quoting more time needed for "research," but with all the experience he claims to have, surely no research takes that long. He kept quoting that our loved one would be in the detention center for a year or more, that his case was "so complex," we fired Anthony, hired a new attorney, and our loved one is now being released in a matter of weeks. Please take this review to heart, your loved one deserves better.

He does not now very much about immigration law. I knew more than he did. After doing no work, he refused to return my retainer.

mr. nunes has ignored my calls and letters since day one. He won't tell me the status of my case. I have to research the status my self and found out a court appearance was missed. I fired him.

Worst experience ever with an attorney. He does no work and bills for things not done, and then won't goive an accounting.
