Through proper planning and monitoring, I led the consolidation of two large enterprises to integrate their systems, reducing processes and establishing KPI's which allow prevision, strategic planning early decisions.
I was responsible for systems administration. My main objectives were to migrate and integrate information technology between many factories without losing operational capacity, including Altex Group (six mills of wheat and one service provider) and Bunge of Mexico (five factories). These functions were all achieved while improving B.I. systems for efficient decision making. My team and I centralized the management in Bunge Corporate in Mexico, transitioning from a horizontal structure to a vertical structure, allowing for the reduction of the administrative workforce by 30%. Among other tasks, I adapted and delivered the computer infrastructure and communications of mills to the standard of Bunge North America, whose headquarters is in St. Louis Missouri. During this time, the IT department was subjected to and passed frequent audits both internal and external. Furthermore, we were able to achieve certification of eg SOX, ISO, and FSSC 22000.--

I led IT teams in projects design, implementation, migration, reengineering and consolidation systems (Hardware, Software, Networking, VoIP, Security). For troubleshooting information segregation in business, I have provided solutions involving large DB handlers, ERP, Collaboration Systems, Payroll and Human Resources systems, Document Control and Certification Systems (SOX, FSSC 22000, ISO) Accounting and Billing Electronics and Business Intelligence Systems (BI). All above to benefit simplification and reduction of processes that contributes to the company.
In Altex Group, I was in charge of the IT department. My main objectives here were to innovate and maintain business continuity through the implementation, management, design, and support of information systems. I was responsible for the administration and application of hardware, software, and communications in eight wheat mills. I also participated in the implementation of systems in 2 facilities that processed fruits and vegetables, as well as a processor of citrus, making efficiency improvements to all areas of the company. Through use of ERP (Manufacturing Pro) we made efficiency improvements in all fields from buying commodities, to distribution to the customer, through the production process, quality, inventory control, accounting and finance. Having achieved the consolidation and management of information into a single system, we reengineered operations three total times which led to the reduction of the administrative staff by 20%. Similarly, I implemented the automated payroll process and personnel management, reducing the processing time by 80% and staff required for the task by 75%. After this achievement, I proposed the implementation of business intelligence tools, addressed to the directorate and president of the group, upon moving forward we again obtained a reduction in the administrative workload, avoiding rework and providing timely information. Given the type of industry, the implementation of systems to manage the information flows became necessary, as well as software for quality management systems, ISO 9000 and FSSC 22000.--
