I report directly to Supply Chain Finance Manager located in Netherlands. I' m responsible of Turkey and Israel supply chain finance analysis. Please find below my responsibilities;
• Management/ validation of calculation for new product costs as part of monthly responsibilities. • Preparation of management information report showing cost change per product/ product group, cost component • Ad hoc standard cost analysis and explanations. • Collection and preparation of all AOP assumptions for product costing including manufacturing costs, purchasing assumptions for materials, recovery rates etc. • Support in logistics accruals, act costs accuracy and completeness review • Work closely with outsourced Financial Accounting function to ensure that all accruals and corrections are posted and that the monthly P&L results are correct. • P&L Controlling Manufacturing Variance including Toller Costs, Depreciation and Production Recovery per factory/warehouses (Material Costs – Subcontracting – Production Recovery) • P&L Controlling of Purchase Price Variances during the month and prepare on Day 3 the summary with Division Split allocation to be posted; • Support with monthly preparation of the manufacturing reporting • Support with monthly preparation of the Logistic related reports ( stock, transport, warehousing)., • Support for supply chain projects to reduce costs of supply to divisions • Support make vs. buy process with relevant cost and product margin analysis; • Reporting and tracking of savings projects initiatives (E.g. Transformation, etc.).--
