As a service advisor, your main duty was to process work orders and relay information from the customer to the technician, however, you were afforded the ability to upsell customers on services (though not necessary) very beneficial in elongating the lifespan of the vehicle. This was personally my favorite aspect of the job as it was more challenging and brought more capital to the company.
